By using ShopROAS, you agree to use the site for planning and education. The calculators are estimates and may not match your actual TikTok Shop fees, ad costs, taxes, shipping, returns, or supplier costs.

No financial guarantee

ShopROAS does not guarantee profit, sales, ranking, ad performance, or marketplace approval. You are responsible for checking current marketplace rules and your own business costs.

Digital products

Template files are provided as digital planning tools. You may use them for your own business planning, but may not resell or redistribute them as a competing product.

Payments and delivery

Paid digital products are sold through Creem checkout. Product access is delivered after payment, and support requests should include the checkout email.

Updates

These terms may be updated when the site adds accounts, subscriptions, or new tools.
